POLICIES AND RULES FOR OASIS LAKE BUCHANAN
In order to ensure all our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that you adhere to the following policies:
Fish Cleaning Station
24-hour fish cleaning station with lights for after dark. No extra fee for additional guests.
Boat Launch
Boat launch is free for overnight guests and available 24 hours.
Pet-Friendly
Pets are welcome, but CANNOT be left unattended in guest studios unless in a kennel.
Cancellation Policy
We will attempt to accommodate your change of plans and guest mix as much as possible up to the day before your reservation. Cancellation full refund is 3 days prior. One night is charged for cancellations 1-2 days prior to arrival. No refund same day. Check in 3PM. Check out time is 11AM. We do not refund for early departure.
ALL activities are at YOUR OWN RISK inside or outside of the studios or ANYWHERE on the property or LAKE. All activities here are of high risk which could result in severe injury or even death. Minors are under the full care and guidance of the adults they are with. We assume no responsibility for anyone's safety at anytime. Please be prepared for anything and have a plan in case of the need of medical attention. The lake is not patrolled. Call 911 for emergencies immediately. Driving on the lakebed is at your own risk and people get stuck.
Parking
Paid parking includes boat launch. No gates or lock out times.
We accept pets, trucks with trailers - hauling boats, golf carts, ATVs, or any equipment.
A fifth wheel space can accommodate the truck pulling it. RV's with additional vehicles which can include a trailer or boat must pay for an additional parking space.
Each Studio and RV space can park 2 vehicles and one trailer(boat) free. Motorhomes can pull one item.
Group Studio bookings can share their parking allocation.
Please be considerate to other guests, we reserve the right to refuse admittance or remove anyone at anytime.
